    Forgive me for pointing out one shortcoming in an otherwise entertaining document. The drafter missied out on 'and every one of Kerala's 10 lakh babies crying for the moon, will be provided with a moon each, with the co-operation of ISRO, funds being procured from the Centre, for which agitations will start right now' .
